In this article I am going to delve into the various reasons why the anabolic diet could be a bad and unsustainable idea for some. It’s just as bad and in certain situations worse than the many fad diets. This diet may seem like a Godsend for those who have had trouble losing weight in the past, but in reality there are various reasons why it isn’t any better than the other fad diet. High volume foods, lots of vegetables, lots of fiber, and lots of artificial sweeteners and ingredients. No more Atkins, no more Keto, the new wave is the Anabolic diet. However, with the rise in popularity of Greg Doucette, and constant promotion of his cookbook and diet practices everybody seems to be jumping on the bandwagon. For a while it felt like keto was the biggest thing, and that it was the only way to lose weight. The Anabolic diet is probably the most popular in the fitness industry at the moment.
